Brief overview:


  • Products purchased through the Website that are returned must be new, unused, in their original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice, with all product tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.


  • The customer has the right to exchange or return the products within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. It is preferable that the product be in its original packaging with all its accessories.   • Free returns on orders within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The customer bears the cost of delivering the orders to us if it returns 3 days from receiving the order to our headquarters if there are no manufacturing problems (the customer needs to replace a product or the customer’s desire has changed)

If there are manufacturing defects or errors in the products, we will bear the costs of returning the order.

  • Prepaid shipping fees are absolutely non-refundable. In the event that the shipment is returned for any reason, only the value of the products will be refunded.

Exchange Policy:



1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed.



2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the case of international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. 3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered to be works.

5- If the contract includes providing accommodation, transportation or catering services.



6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.



Return Policy:
